Veggie Field
This one acre of creek bottom land has a high percentage of organic matter (5%) due to its being out of cultivation for at least the past 20 years. Crops are rotated through eight sections, with four sections being planted with cover crops. Tomatoes, beans, peas, corn, lettuce, broccoli, potatoes, squash, and flowers are some of the delicious and beautiful crops grown here in raised beds.
