Spring Season CSA: Wednesday Pick-up - Farm
Kicking off the growing season will be the spring salad vegetables. Many will be grown under some type of cover to protect them from the frosts of early spring. You can look forward to lettuce, chard, green onions, carrots, Asian greens, radishes, salad turnips, beets, arugula, kale, sugar snap peas and strawberries. All pick-ups for this early season will be at the farm on Wednesday, from 10am to 1pm or 4pm to 7pm. Flowers may be added as an option to the CSA share or ordered by themselves. Dates are April 7 - May 12.
Summer Season CSA: Wednesday pick up - Farm
Summer season brings an abundance of delicious garden-fresh vegetables and fruit. Beginning on Wednesday, May 19th, the season will last for 12 weeks, through August 4th. Subscribers pick up their produce here at the farm on Wednesday from 10am to 1pm or 4pm to 7pm. Early summer season will continue the spring cool season crops in increasing volumes, then transition to the warm season crops to include tomatoes, blackberries, blueberries, broccoli, cucumber, squash, green beans, peppers, garlic, squash, onions, potatoes, garlic, cabbage, and eggplant. Flowers may also be added as an option to the CSA share or ordered by themselves.

Subscribers pick up their produce at the Nutrition Depot (1100 Market Place Blvd, Cumming, GA)drop site on Friday from 4pm to 6pm. Early summer season will continue the spring cool season crops in increasing volumes, then transition to the warm season crops to include tomatoes, blackberries, blueberries, broccoli, cucumber, squash, green beans, peppers, garlic, squash, onions, potatoes, garlic, cabbage, and eggplant. Early summer season will continue the spring cool season crops in increasing volumes, then transition to the warm season crops to include tomatoes, blackberries, blueberries, broccoli, cucumber, squash, green beans, peppers, garlic, squash, onions, potatoes, garlic, cabbage, and eggplant. Fall Season CSA: Wednesday Pick-up - Farm
Fall season begins in late summer as schools start back and our families reestablish a routine. Beginning on Wednesday, August 11th, the season will last for 12 weeks, through October 27th. Subscribers will pick up their produce here at the farm on Wednesday from 10am to 1pm or 4pm to 7pm. The season begins with a continuation of warm season crops, with the addition of corn, spaghetti squash, southern grapes, pumpkins, okra, and several varieties of winter squash. Late in the Fall Season will begin the transition to cool season crops such as mixed greens, kale, salad turnips, radishes, salad mix, baby turnip greens, and lettuce. Again, flowers may be added as an option to the CSA share or ordered by themselves.
Winter Season CSA: Wednesday Pick-up - Farm
Winter season brings in the greens. Potato kale soup or a big bunch of collard greens and cornbread will keep you warm as the temperatures cool off. Beginning on Wednesday, November 3rd, the season will last for 6 weeks, through December 8th. Pick up is at the farm on Wednesday from 10am to 1pm or 4pm to 7pm. The season begins with a continuation of fall crops such as okra, eggplant and peppers, then transitions to cool season crops similar to the spring season. Sweet potatoes, pac choi, and green tomatoes are also likely to be available. With the likelihood that this season will begin after the first frost, flower shares will not be available.
