Herb Beds
Herbs are planted in raised beds for easy management,
especially with the perennial varieties. These include chocolate mint, oregano, fennel, tarragon,
thyme, sage, and rosemary. Annual crops of basil, dill, parsley, and cilantro are also grown in
the beds.
