Squash Pie
Cut squash in half, clean out seeds and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Allow to cool then scrape out flesh and mash to make 3 cups. Combine with 1/2 c of milk, 2 eggs, 3/4 c of sugar and pumpkin pie spices. Pour into prepared pie crust and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes until set.
