Sugar Snap Peas in cheese sauce

 

Remove the blossom end from peas.  Chop half an onion and saute in one tablespoon of butter. Add 1/2 pound of peas and stir for a couple of minutes till they are almost done.  Add one tablespoon of flour and stir to coat the peas.  Add one cup of milk and stir till it forms a thick sauce.  Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and stir till all is smooth.  Serve and enjoy!
